Cancellation and declaration agreement

- Anet reserves legal proceedings against the Depot 33 S.A. de C.V. company and the responsible person Alvaro Peran.
- All Anet distributors and agents will be notified of the results of the dissolution of cooperation between Anet with Depot 33 S.A. de C.V. company and the person Alvaro Peran, and all Anet loyal users will be notified and published on various media channels.
We apologize for the inconvenience and problems caused to Anet users due to the problems of Depot 33 S.A. de C.V. company and the responsible person Alvaro Peran in the Mexico area.
Reason:
- During the period when the person Alvaro Peran is acting as an agent for the Anet brand in Mexico, they defaulted on the amount of payment owed to Anet headquarters for no reason, and delayed payment indefinitely or used non-response methods for various reasons.
- Alvaro Peran changed the sales price of Anet's products without authorization during the period when they were acting as an agent for the Anet brand in Mexico, which led to price confusion in the Mexican market
- During the period when Depot 33 S.A. de C.V. company and the responsible person Alvaro Peran are acting as agent of Anet brand in Mexico, they maliciously block customer complaints and ignore the after-sales problems of Anet product users.
